Most of what drives our suffering is faulty emotional learning from the past. These maladaptive and inaccurate beliefs set energy in motion (emotion) that causes our distress. So when we shift to adaptive core beliefs, we can best heal. You can become more emotionally regulated, even joyful. When you think better, and feel better, you can overcome old behaviors and patterns and engage in new behaviors that best serve you.
Within the secure and compassionate relationship I provide, you can experience powerful leading-edge methods for permanent and sustainable change. These methods are informed by neuroscience and can update beliefs held in your unconscious to positive beliefs that best serve you. They include:

Life is so much better now than before I started therapy with you a little over two years ago.
