What an incredible training I will be taking with me along my journey of self-compassion. Circa week 3, I remember exclaiming to myself, “Wow, I have been so much more compassionate with myself since this class started.” The tough stuff keeps coming, but the negative impact on my emotions is less than it has (perhaps ever) been.
