Do you find yourself stuck in a pattern of giving more than receiving?
If you are like the many Helping Professionals, Leaders, Business Owners, Managers, Parents, Caregivers, and other empathic people I’ve worked with who are stuck in this imbalance, you are not alone.
It’s also not uncommon to suffer from one or more of these experiences:
- Feeling:
- Anxious
- Overly burdened
- Energetically drained
- Unappreciated
- Unsupported
- Inferior
- Secretly Resentful
- Lonely
- Procrastination
- Perfectionism
- Pleasing others more than yourself
- Vicarious trauma from the work itself
- Being triggered by others’ toxic energy
- Believing you are unusually sensitive
- Believing you are not good enough
If you can relate, you can get the skillful support and tools you need to feel calm, confident, and kinder to yourself.
You can:
- Become secure and self-compassionate
- Learn to communicate more effectively
- Overcome self-judgment and shame
- Get in flow toward your goals and realize your dreams
Are you ready to overcome whatever blocks you from experiencing more calm, joy, self-confidence, greater connection and overall well-being?
I provide sessions via Zoom, Phone, and in person to Colorado residents.

I want to take the time to give you an honest and sincere thank you, Dr. McCrea, for all the great work we have done, and that you have guided. I never thought it would be possible to feel the internal freedom which I now feel. It’s as though I have finally awakened from the chrysalis. You are a quality therapist. I truly believe that you are in this endeavor to see people get well.

Life is so much better now than before I started therapy with you a little over two years ago. Things are still progressing and I’m very happy where I am in life right now, even with all the life challenges we all have in this time. I have developed a spiritual practice, enjoy meditating daily, and have centered my life around growing positively. Feelings of purpose and joy have come into my life and I can see the changes that has had on my relationships, marriage and children. My judgment of people I disagree with has drastically gone down and some people close to me are actually asking me for some personal advice. I’ve seen attachments fall away naturally on their own, my desire to drink or use cannabis has almost disappeared completely, and I’m content in lots of situations that used to cause me anxiety or boredom.

When I started working with Jessica, I needed an active and results-oriented therapeutic experience. Jessica provided me with just that. She employs an entire suite of innovative therapeutic modalities. Working with Jessica was a revelation. I felt change happen in my body and my mind during the sessions and after. And, I was given tools and techniques to integrate into my life. The experience was healthy and life-changing and helped me establish a foundation for creating more choice in my life.

“I can’t thank Jessica McCrea enough for the work we have accomplished together. She listens intently and recalls the slightest details from prior sessions connecting past and current experiences to help me uncover a clear perspective on the situation. She uses memory work to rewire past life events that are still triggering. This allows for an emotional release from the body and decreases the likelihood of the emotional reaction occuring going forward. Jessica teaches resourcing and encourages practice of this technique so that when a similar situation occurs I have tools to access what I need in that moment – such as courage, love, and compassion. Jessica has helped me understand and embrace my skills and gifts. She has taught me the resourcing practice and helped me to heal wounds through memory reconsolidation. I couldn’t imagine doing this work with anyone else!”
