Jessica’s kind, caring and facilitative approach in making this training program safe for all participants allowed rich discussion, candid feedback, and deeper learning and growth for all participants. Her exercises, which are self-care tools for life-long wellbeing, are simple, yet powerful and easy to practice on a regular basis. The practices are designed to promote self-healing and afford each participant insight, wellness and continuous growth. I highly recommend the experience for other helping professionals who are in need impactful tools for greater self-compassion.
